MIDI - Old, But Still Deadly


MIDI -Remember that music protocol that allows different equipment to communicate with each other and what not? It was established in 1982. I find that absolutely amazing considering it's not changed all that much since then. Think of the countless amounts of other transient technologies that have come and gone since then. That's testament to true ingenuity.

Just look at this, a MIDI enabled Disklavier piano playing a composition not physically playable by a person:
